After four years in Washington, D.C., Cole Perryman returned to his home state to join STF|PR’s Oklahoma City office.
During his time spent in the nation’s capitol, Cole served as the communications director and speechwriter for U.S. Rep. Dan Boren. Previously, he was a spokesperson and public information officer for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
As a one-man-shop for most of his career, Cole has developed a wide array of experience in media relations, online communication, government relations, and event coordination. He also has strong relationships with media, government, corporate and tribal stakeholders on state, regional and national levels.
Education: bachelor’s in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a bachelor’s in English with an emphasis in writing, University of Oklahoma
Community Involvement: mentor for the OU/Gaylord in Washington Program; Possibilities Inc., Board Member; United Way of Oklahoma City
Passions: writing, reading, traveling, camping, hiking, cooking, playing baseball
