David Wagner brings expertise in public relations, community relations, development and education to Schnake Turnbo Frank | PR. He has served more than 28 years in various leadership roles.
David is responsible for the management of the account service staff in the firm’s Tulsa office. He also leads the firm’s newly formed faith-based initiative, helping organizations of all faiths with public relations, organizational development and overall performance.
Prior to STF | PR, David worked at Oral Roberts University for 12 years where he was vice president of university relations and development. In that role, he managed six departments and was closely involved in the school’s public relations and community outreach efforts. Earlier in his career, David lived in Wisconsin where he worked many years in the education field.
• Education: bachelor’s degree in music education from Oral Roberts University and a master’s degree in science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
• Community Involvement: Board of directors, Junior Achievement of Oklahoma Inc.; Member, Council for the Advancement and Support of Education; Member, Association of Fundraising Professionals
• Passions: faith, family, cruises, reading, finding unique eating spots, Green Bay Packers, traveling the back roads of Oklahoma with his wife in his red ’95 Corvette
