Jared Rencher
INTERN 
It took one class, taught by Steve Turnbo, at the University of Tulsa that inspired Jared to pursue a career in public relations, which led him to seek an internship at Schnake Turnbo Frank | PR.
Raised in Broken Arrow, his family taught him the importance of balance, discipline and a sense of humor. It was also in Broken Arrow where he learned the value of diversity in a high school class of 1,060. Diversity then drove Jared to study abroad. His time spent in Spain this summer broadened his perspective and value on business and life outside of the United States.
Having previously held internships at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma and Rogue Marketing, Jared has assisted with creative and production for many clients, and is excited to be the newest asset to the STF | PR team.
• Education: bachelor’s in communication, minor in Spanish and advertising
• Community Involvement: President, TU for St. Jude; PRSA; Up with Trees; Tulsa Day Center
• Passions: psychology, film, mystery thriller novels, food – both cooking and eating, family, trying new things
