Russ Florence has been with the company since 2001. He started as an account executive and worked his way up, becoming a partner in 2007 and president and chief operating officer in 2009.
Russ’s background is as wide as it is deep. He owned his own newspaper, led public relations for a multimillion-dollar nonprofit and was head of corporate communications for a multistate banking corporation.
Today, Florence works with his business partner Becky J. Frank on overall strategic direction and growth of the firm, while also maintaining a steady roster of active clients.
