A specialized training session helps instruct clients on how to handle any type of crisis. “Communicating in a Crisis: First Impressions Last” is an interactive, practical learning exercise designed to help participants effectively represent their organization during an emergency. The proprietary program provides a no-nonsense approach to communicating with the public in a manner that protects, and even enhances, an organization’s reputation.
Tenets of the program were drawn from the firm’s combined 220 years of experience in media and public relations. In the energy sector alone, more than 700 supervisors and executives have experienced this half-day program, which includes video instruction, interactive discussion, two on-camera interviews and constructive critiques.
