The fast track: That’s where the firm’s been since Becky J. Frank joined as partner in 2000. Since then, the company has more than doubled in size and expanded into new markets.

“Becky is a dynamic executive who leads by example and sets the bar high for personal and professional achievement,” said Michael Willis, STF | PR senior account executive.  “She empowers the people around her, and success is the result.”

Becky built her reputation by building community partnerships – first with Tulsa Area United Way and then with Bank of Oklahoma, where she was head of community relations.

Today, community outreach remains one of Becky’s favorite PR disciplines. She has managed and written wide-sweeping plans for a variety of clients in Oklahoma and elsewhere, including faith-based organizations, corporations, universities and nonprofits.

Becky also conducts executive coaching and counseling for clients, and stays active with the firm’s media relations endeavors.
