Like a king air-traffic controller or a masterful orchestra conductor, Sandy Hafner juggles the duties involved with assisting multiple people so that they always know exactly where to go and what needs done.

And she does so competently and with a smile.

She organizes and schedules multiple meetings and tasks, at all times making sure there are no mid-air collisions or missed notes.
